Duties

  • Communicates with customers through various channel including phone, email, and social media or any equivalent channel
  • Set up appointments or clients for their service needs, coordinate arrival of parts orders and clients.
  • Coordinate with service and parts on billing/invoicing/accounts receivable of customers or other accounting related needs of requesting department.

Qualifications

  • At least graduate of accountancy or any business courses
  • With related experience in customer service industry is an advantage
  • With above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque - Service Center
