Job Summary:

The Design Supervisor oversees the design team and ensures the creation of high-quality, accurate, and innovative designs for advertising campaigns, product fabrication, or metal structures. This role bridges creativity with practical manufacturing requirements, ensuring designs are feasible, on-brand, and meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Review and approve design concepts, sketches, and final outputs before production.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, production, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
  • Ensure designs comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and production capabilities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Research design trends and materials to propose innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted on schedule.
  • Resolve design-related challenges during production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in design supervision, preferably in advertising, manufacturing, or metal fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Excellent visual and technical design skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
