The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the microgrid site, ensuring efficient power generation, distribution, and administrative functions. This role leads the site team—including the Lead Genset Operator, Lead Lineman, and Lead Collection & Administrative Coordinator—to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide site personnel to meet operational and safety targets
- Oversee power generation, distribution, and maintenance activities
- Manage inventory, fuel supply, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with DOE, NPC, and ERC regulations
- Coordinate with local government units (LGUs) and community stakeholders
- Oversee billing, collections, and administrative reporting

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering
- Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of generators and related mechanical equipment
- Familiar with occupational hazards and applicable safety precautions
- Experience in power plant operations, project handling, and design is an advantage
- Physically fit and capable of performing fieldwork
- Willing to be assigned in LIMINANGCONG, PALAWAN
- Can start ASAP
