Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Internal Accountant to manage internal accounting operations and ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and government statutory requirements. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring a strong accounting foundation and hands-on system experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle internal accounting operations

  • Ensure accurate computation, filing, and remittance of government statutory benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)

  • Prepare financial statements, journals, and account reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate records using Xero

  • Support payroll accounting and statutory compliance

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards and internal controls

  • Provide support during audits and internal reviews

Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting

  • Proficient in Xero

  • At least 5 years of accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting and statutory requirements

  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience using QuickBooks

  • Background in the BPO industry (accounting-related roles)

Work Arrangement

  • Onsite, Monday to Friday
