We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the Finance Department in various accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record financial transactions such as journal entries, billings, and disbursements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely posting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments for billing and payment concerns.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management , or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and basic accounting systems/software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
