Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x WFH) 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Taguig City

The role

This role is a critical link between global strategy and local execution. As a Manager-level hire (accepting experienced Officers ready to step up), you will oversee the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle while managing high-level relationships with international stakeholders in India. You will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are cost-effective, compliant with global security standards (CTPAT/TAPA), and aligned with the financial services industry's rigorous regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Procurement Management: Lead the full sourcing cycle, from identifying business needs and vendor selection to contract negotiation and final payment.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for internal departments and international stakeholders (UK, India, etc.), ensuring procurement activities support global business objectives.
  • Vendor & Supplier Governance: Manage and evaluate external supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with Philippine legal requirements and international trade security standards (CTPAT/TAPA).
  • Cost Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for cost-saving, process improvements, and efficiency gains within the supply chain.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, contracts, and compliance reports; utilize Excel for spend analysis and performance tracking.
  • Global Collaboration: Regularly coordinate with the regional team in India to align on procurement policies and reporting structures.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of extensive experience in procurement. Candidates at a Senior Officer level looking to transition into Management are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Open to all industries; however, experience in Financial Services, Insurance Brokerage, or Risk Management is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred, though the role is currently Excel-heavy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, specifically for navigating cross-cultural dynamics.
