About the role

Join the dynamic Marketing team at New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation as a full-time Media Buyer based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our media strategy and buying unit, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating and optimising media placements across a diverse range of channels to drive awareness and engagement for our leading pharmaceutical brands.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute strategic media plans to support brand campaigns and meet business objectives
  2. Negotiate rates, inventory and placements with media vendors to secure the best possible deals
  3. Monitor and optimise media campaigns in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance
  4. Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to enhance future media strategies
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and digital, to ensure integrated marketing initiatives
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media channels and audience consumption habits

What we're looking for

  1. 2 years' proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  2. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with media vendors
  3. Proficiency in media mix modelling, data analysis and reporting to optimise campaign performance
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
  5. Solid understanding of the latest media trends, audience behaviours and advertising technologies
  6. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
