We are looking for a results-driven Store Leader who is responsible for managing repair operations, ensuring Apple compliance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting store teams to deliver timely and high-quality service. 

Job Title: Store Leader (Service Center)

Job Summary:

The Store Leader for is responsible for overseeing repair operations, customer satisfaction, and store compliance with Apple and company standards. It ensures timely repair turnaround, accurate system monitoring, quality service delivery, and efficient inventory and shipment management, while supporting staff performance, training, and continuous process improvement across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor carry-in and mail-in repair status, turnaround times, and shipments to prevent delays and penalties.
  • Track CSAT scores, handle escalations, and address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Apple guidelines, GSX agreements, permits, and company standards.
  • Manage inventory, tools, consignment stocks, debit/credit memos, and replenishments.
  • Oversee repair processes, audit repair quality, conduct random checks, and optimize workflows.
  • Train and support staff, including shippers and technicians; promote continuous learning and certification.
  • Review store reports, analyze performance, and implement improvement plans.
  • Align GSX and Acumatica systems to accurately monitor repairs and compliance.
  • Manage staff performance through coaching, discipline, and incident reporting.
  • Support store operations by performing technician/CSO duties as needed and handling administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least years of experience as store lead preferably in service
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must exhibit leadership, decision making skills and maturity; has excellent inter- and intrapersonal skills
