Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with distribution agreements and company policies.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Training & Development:
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop motivational initiatives to improve distributor engagement and productivity.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Utilize sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns at the distributor level.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Forecasting:
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply across the distribution network.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist in production planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a distribution network.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
