RESPONSIBILITIES:


Reporting to the Supervising Engineer, studies all technical documents of the project/s he is assigned to such as plans, specifications, bill of materials, work program, bills of materials before engaging in project monitoring.

Conducts inspection of works ensuring their completion based on the specifications, desired quality, company standards, budget and work program.

Prepares budget and summary of materials for purchase and submits requisition to Supervising Engineer for review;

Maintains project logbook keeping track of site conditions such as weather, persons visiting, incoming vehicles, deliveries as well as daily accomplishment, manpower complement, emerging issues etc.

In coordination with Marketing Department and grounds maintenance crew, administers move in of buyers ensuring completion of housing package per schedule and specifications.


QUALIFICATIONS:


Graduate of Civil Engineering with License.

Have atleast 2-4 years work experience in the same field.

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.

Good in Oral and Written works.

Physically fit for the job.

Willing to be located at different sites (Subic, Abucay Bataan, Tarlac, and Pampanga).
