REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a bachelor's or college degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have a relevant experience in land development, commercial and residential.
  • Required skill(s): Quantity estimation, MS Office, AutoCAD
  • Prior work experience in surveying or civil engineering, with 3-5 years of fieldwork experience.
  • Experience with land development projects, construction layouts, and topographic surveys is a plus.
  • Must not be employed and can join immediately

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as the technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, workers, and operatives;
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring
  • the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
  • Sets out, levels, and surveys the site;
  • Checks plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
  • Oversees the selection and requisition of materials;
  • In charge of paper works and documentation related to work area
