The Team Head is the one responsible in leading his / her team towards a common goal and objective. He / she supervises the operation of his / her team and the branches as a whole. He / she is expected to be a motivator and innovator who can unite and lead his / her team to achieve the set goals. He / she together with his / her team is expected to solve problems, make improvements and act upon information received at a timely manner.

a. Must ensure branches in his / her team meets or exceeds given sales targets

b. Must share routine information and deal with or delegate tasks to co-member.

c. Must be involved in planning, decision making and setting operational controls and monitoring these controls

d. His / her tasks in motivating, disciplining and resolving conflict shall ensure good working environment within the team.

e. He / she shall also take the lead in the training and development of his co-members to be able to create more leaders and ensures team's continuous growth and development.

f. Ensures Team's and Member's compliance to company policies and that erring Associates are disciplined.

g. Ensures that each member of the team is aware and practices LBC's Five (5) Service Principles, adheres to the Quality Management System, namely 2Ps, etc. for the company to meet its Quality Objectives

Job Specification:

Education:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in related field

Skills:

  • Has good sales and / or customer service orientation
  • Above average quantitative and analytical skills
  • Possesses excellent leadership skills
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Has above average project management skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and must have the desire to lead the team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, goal oriented
  • Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, patient, risk-taker who is open to new ideas
  • Direct, communicate with, and motivate subordinates to high performance
  • Strategically delegate duties and responsibilities for best results
  • Set and monitor performance standards within the team

Working Conditions:

  • Total of 48 working hours per work week
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be relocated and assigned in different areas
  • Willing to extend and render overtime due to operational requirements
