LOFLC offers financial services through Chattel Mortgage Loan and Finance Leases covering, but not limited to trucks, heavy equipment, industrial, and office equipment. Aside from loans and leases, LOFLC offers Floor Stock Financing for select truck dealers.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles like customer service or sales.
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to do fieldwork.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Performs Credit Investigation on the background of borrowers and co-borrowers to establish their character and credit worthiness, and prepares the necessary reports for the evaluation and approval of credit applications.
  • Assists the Branch Head/Account Officers in soliciting clients.
  • Serves as an independent body providing objective appraisal of collaterals using all available sources to establish the proper and reasonable valuation of collaterals.
