About the role

JMZ MARKETING INC' is seeking an experienced and driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Catarman Liloan Cebu. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of products and services to both new and existing customers. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing accounts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales and marketing efforts
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using sales-related technology and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
