We are looking for :

Accounting Staff

  • Providing management with financial information through research and analysis

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Issuance of Sales Invoice
  • Reconciliation of Monthy Inventory
  • BIR Books of Accounts keeping and updating
  • Recording and updating of Xero Accounting System
  • Encoding of SAP Accounting system related transactions
  • Monitoring of Inventories
  • Report for Inventory Disposal
  • Weekly and monthly inventory count
  • Filing of related company taxes
  • Processing of company legal permits
  • Annual submission of reporting
  • Preparation of annual ITR and AFS
  • Preparing of documents required by auditor/examiner
  • Coordinating with BIR personnel or supervisors for any discrepancies seen from montly recon
  • Petty cash recon

Any 4 years course - with accountancy related subject is an advantage

With or Without experience but willing to learn

Excellent in using MS Excel

Willing to be assigned at C6, Taguig City

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
