Job Summary

As a Cold Caller/ Admin VA at Go Hire Virtual, you will play a critical role in driving sales and supporting the operations of our clients. Your primary responsibilities include generating leads through outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for proactive, coachable individuals who are eager to build a remote career, develop sales skills, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced virtual team. Paid Certification is provided to ensure your success before client placement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic admin tasks: data entry, documentation, file management
  • Assist with social media scheduling and basic content tasks
  • Make daily outbound cold calls and set appointments
  • Produce daily lead lists (25 leads/day)
  • Submit Daily Reports and Minutes of Meetings
  • Complete all assigned training modules, quizzes, and assessments
  • Participate in daily roleplays, mock calls, and GCU lessons

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 6+ months BPO, sales, admin, or call experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable with sales and learning other skills
  • Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
  • Willing to work night shift (11 PM - 08 AM, Philippine Time)

Technical Requirements:

  • i5+ computer
  • Noise-canceling headset (wired needed)
  • 50 Mbps wired internet
  • Dedicated home office setup
