Cold Caller Virtual Assistant – Roofing Industry (Part-Time)

Our client is looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant who will focus primarily on cold calling and administrative support for a U.S.-based roofing company. This role starts part-time with strong potential for increased hours based on performance.

Role Details

  • Start Date: First week of January
  • Hours/Week: 10–15 hours/week (may increase depending on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Making daily cold calls to leads
  • Responding promptly to customer and vendor emails
  • Managing, updating, and organizing invoices
  • Calling adjusters for follow-ups (non-sales related)
  • Handling basic administrative tasks connected to roofing projects

Tools Used

  • Acculynx
  • Email platforms
  • Google Sheets

Preferred Background

  • Experience in the roofing industry or related field
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes
  • Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills

Performance Expectations

  • 50–100 calls per day
  • Minimum 3% conversion rate
  • Consistent follow-ups and ability to close conversations independently

Ideal Candidate

  • Confident and friendly when speaking with customers
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable making repetitive outbound calls

Technical Requirements

  • Stable computer or laptop
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • Reliable internet connection
