Work Location: SM MOA Complex, Pasay (Full Onsite)

Shift: Australian Business Hours (may include weekends)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, reconciliation, or vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Experience in shared services or BPO accounting environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Vendor Debit Claims and Reconciliation activities.
  • Submit claims, handle collections, and follow up on outstanding debit amounts.
  • Process rejections, manage exceptions, and ensure accurate clearing of accounts.
  • Review and validate vendor statements, credit notes, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with company and accounting standards in all reconciliation processes.
