Shift: Australian Business Hours (may include weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and claim Vendor Debits (VD) efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle collections of outstanding debit amounts from vendors.
  • Perform clearing activities and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Debits or similar accounting functions.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in shared services or BPO accounting preferred.
