We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Analytics Associate who is both data-driven and creatively inclined. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into Google Analytics and social media metrics while also enjoying the creative side of marketing—brainstorming campaigns, designing engaging content, and bringing fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Analytics & Strategy:

  • Set up, monitor, and analyze Google Analytics to track website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Track social media performance and adjust strategies for better engagement and reach.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.
  • Develop monthly reports summarizing insights and growth opportunities.

Creative Content & Social Media Marketing:

  • Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas for social media and paid advertising.
  • Edit and design eye-catching visuals, videos, and social media content.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Work with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly blog posts, social captions, and ad copies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and creative storytelling.

Paid Media & Advertising:

  • Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
  • Create engaging ad creatives and test multiple versions to determine best-performing content.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing audience insights and ad spend.

Branding & Visual Identity:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create high-quality content.
  • Suggest and experiment with new creative formats (GIFs, animations, interactive posts, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or creative content production.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
  • Basic video editing and design skills.
  • Strong understanding of trends in social media, digital advertising, and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Experience in email marketing, influencer collaborations, or SEO is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification.
  • Experience in TikTok content creation and viral marketing strategies.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Salary Range: $1000 up to $1200; Work-From-Home opportunity
