Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign & Content Support
    • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, website, and events.
    • Support content creation for marketing assets including email newsletters, social media posts, blog drafts, landing pages, and presentations.
    • Help maintain and create a marketing content calendar.
    • Conduct basic research to support content topics, messaging, and campaign ideas.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Management
    • Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending marketing emails such as newsletters, lead warming campaigns, and product updates.
    • Support list management tasks, including audience segmentation and contact organization.
    • Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and summarize results.
  • General Marketing Support
    • Support brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Assist in preparing and updating marketing collateral such as one-pagers, decks, and basic visuals.
    • Help coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to gather inputs for marketing initiatives.
    • Support project management tasks such as timelines, asset tracking, and documentation.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred. 
  • Experience in SEO and/or Webflow is preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and erratic environment 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
