Job Objective (Purpose):

To support the marketing and business development functions within LHT Asia, focusing on enhancing brand presence and supporting sales growth. Under the direction of the Leader, to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. To help maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as dealers, architects, developers, and end-users by providing effective marketing support. Duties and 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, presentations, and events Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials tailored to specific target market requirements Support the identification and development of new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities Assist in updating Social Networking Services (SNS), planning their utilization, and summarizing performance results. Relay SNS inquiries from key clients to the appropriate Sales Managers Arrange for promotional materials such as catalogs and samples Assist in the launch and operation of the TOSTEM showroom, and support the planning, establishment, and operation of dealer showrooms. Support the maintenance and updating of the company webpage Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TOSTEM products and effectively communicate their value propositions Sales and Operational Support Provide support to the sales team, including Account Managers, in their activities with dealers, architects, and developers Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project implementation and after-sales support Perform other similar duties that may be assigned to support the team's objectivesAssist in maintaining proper operational data related to marketing activities Help prepare ad hoc reports as required by management Ensure all marketing support activities comply with company policies and guidelines 

Qualifications: 

A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google software suites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good team player, flexible, and dedicated to work. Must have keen attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
