
Human Resource Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units to understand their goals and objectives and provide HR solutions that support those objectives.
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal compliance.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and other HR-related matters.
- Work with the HR team to ensure that employee-related processes and practices are fair, consistent, and transparent across the organization.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies and practices, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right roles, at the right time.
- Lead or participate in HR projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure that HR practices and initiatives are well received and effectively implemented.
- Provide regular HR reporting and analysis to business leaders to help inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, benefits records, and attendance records.
- Assist with employee training and development, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate person as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
