Position: Marketing Director (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Director VA to lead the marketing function for our clients. This role requires full ownership of strategy and execution across all marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable business results. You'll need to think strategically, act independently, and execute campaigns efficiently, while continuously optimizing for impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee branding, content creation, and marketing assets.
  • Manage CRM workflows and automation for marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and team efforts through project management tools.
  • Test, measure, and scale marketing initiatives for maximum effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle fast-moving priorities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive thinking skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently.
  • Open to performance-based incentives.

Tools You Will Use:

  • HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • ClickUp
  • Canva

Working Hours & Compensation:

  • Full-Time – 40 hours per week
  • 9 AM to 5 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)
  • $8–$10/hr
