Role Overview – Art Director

We are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the visual identity of the brand across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative leader passionate about health, design, and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to craft compelling visuals that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brand values and connect with our audience.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive visual identity across website, social media, packaging, and advertising.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives across teams.
  • Team Mentorship: Inspire and guide a team of designers, offering feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and apply them to creative outputs.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the design process to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction with a strong, diverse portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in the wellness or consumer goods industry is a plus
