JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepares layout and shop drawings of formworks and scaffoldings during the various stages of work as needed.
  • Planning and allocation of materials of formwork activities in coordination with concerned persons at site.
  • Monitors and supervises actual form installation ensuring proper execution and safe work ethics is being implemented.
  • Evaluates performance and billings of formworks subcontractor/s and submit it to Cost Engineer for proper documentation.
  • Provide reports regarding manpower monitoring, accomplishment and formworks status at site.
  • Adhere to Formworks policies, guidelines and manuals as provided.
  • To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
  • Revise drawings or advice according to changes in the customer specification or site condition.
  • Coordinate to the formworks team for the drawings, calculations and the revisions of formworks layout as per site condition.
  • Monitor form stripping and ensures that form equipment are properly taken cared off.
  • Study the process and application of formworks system at the project site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Years of experience: 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's / College Graduate of Civil Engineering.
  • With background or experience in Formworks
  • Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable on AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
