This role assists in asset and supply tracking, document handling, deliveries and pick-ups, and basic coordination with suppliers and service providers.

Administrative Support

  • File, organize, and maintain company records and documents
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and data encoding
  • Assist in submission and collection of client and supplier documents
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
  • Prepare simple reports and trackers for deliveries, supplies, and assets

Logistics & Inventory

  • Handle delivery and pick-up of documents, invoices, and collections
  • Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  • Monitor, label, and organize stored supplies and materials
  • Assist in asset tagging, tracking, and basic inventory checks

Coordination & Other Duties

  • Support other departments with document turnover and deliveries
  • Assist during office transfers, deliveries, or material setups
  • Perform other administrative and logistics tasks as assigned
