About the Job

Our team is looking for a General Services Support Staff you will be responsible for responsible for providing dependable field and operational support through basic maintenance work, messenger errands, and occasional driving services for executives and staff. This role ensures the upkeep of facilities and vehicles while delivering timely and secure field-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform light repairs and maintenance such as cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of office or site facilities. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment, report and address maintenance concerns proactively, and ensure tools are safely used and properly stored.
  2. Occasional Driving & Vehicle Handling: Provide driving support for personnel and executives for meetings, errands, or site visits. Act as a personal driver for executives as needed, drive vehicles to car washes, service centers, or registration offices, monitor vehicle cleanliness and condition, ensure upkeep and maintenance schedules are followed, and maintain trip logs and vehicle maintenance records.
  3. Messenger & Errands Support: Handle pick-up and delivery of documents, packages, and office supplies to and from various locations, including government offices, vendors, and clients. Secure and document transactions requiring signatures or acknowledgments, and coordinate with administrative staff regarding daily routes and errands.
  4. Field Work & Operational Support: Assist with logistics such as purchase runs, event setups, and moving supplies or equipment. Respond flexibly to ad-hoc tasks that require presence outside the office.

Qualifications

  1. Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in driving, building maintenance, messenger work, or field support is desirable.
  3. Technical Skills: Valid Professional Driver's License (Philippine Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3 or local equivalent); familiarity with Metro Manila routes; ability to lift and move moderately heavy items; basic knowledge of facility repairs.
  4. Soft Skills: Trustworthy, punctual, reliable, courteous, flexible, proactive, and communicates clearly.
  5. Language: Basic proficiency in Filipino and English.
