MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in Business or Management
  • Candidate must be available for immediate employment
  • Candidate must have excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and records
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain databases
  • Generate routine financial reports for internal use
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data management
