About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Creative Director with a strong background in the beauty industry to lead and oversee the creative direction of our brand. This is a mid-senior level leadership position, ideal for an experienced creative professional ready to take on a key role in shaping brand storytelling, campaign execution, and visual identity.

The Creative Director will define the brands creative vision, lead a team of creative professionals, and work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to deliver compelling, consistent, and high-impact creative outputs across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Define and uphold the brands creative vision, ensuring consistency and innovation across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead concept development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform creative decisions.
  • Review and approve final creative deliverables prior to production or launch.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external creative partners, including photographers, stylists, influencers, and agencies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing creative culture.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and professional development support to the creative team.
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects and campaigns.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the annual creative budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate with vendors and production partners to achieve cost-effective and high-quality creative outcomes.
  • Forecast creative resource needs and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive creative experience, including at least 35 years in a leadership role within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand storytelling, campaign work, and innovative creative concepts.
  • Proven track record in managing creative budgets and delivering projects on time.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography direction, video production, and digital content creation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for creativity and brand building.
