OVERVIEW

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to bring bold ideas to life and elevate our cosmetics brand. This is a leadership role where you'll shape the creative direction, lead a talented team, and drive campaigns that inspire and connect with our customers. If you're passionate about beauty, innovation, and storytelling, this is your chance to make a real impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver impactful designs and campaigns
  • Oversee creative direction for photography, video production, and digital content
  • Manage creative budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative strategies with business goals
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive creative experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful client projects Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong skills in photography direction, video production, and digital content creation
  • Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performing creative teams
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills
