Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in structure and precision?

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical, and dependable Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor who can lead our payables team and ensure that all financial transactions run smoothly and on time.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership and organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records and vendor relationships.


What You'll Do:
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process — from invoice validation to payment disbursement
  • Review and verify invoices, reimbursements, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlement of obligations
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure all required tax and compliance documents are complete
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on billing or payment concerns
  • Supervise AP staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of all transactions
  • Support audits by providing accurate and complete records
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong background in invoice processing, reconciliation, and disbursement control
  • Proficient in accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of integrity
