Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in accuracy, structure, and accountability?

We're looking for a meticulous, analytical, and reliable Inventory & Assets Accountant to manage the company's inventory transactions, fixed assets, and related documentation — ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and processes — someone who can spot discrepancies before they become problems, and takes pride in keeping records organized and audit-ready.


What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate and lead monthly and annual physical inventory counts across clinics and warehouses.
  • Reconcile inventory balances and perform necessary adjustments in SAP to ensure accuracy.
  • Process Goods Receipt POs (GRPO) upon validation of Receiving Reports, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and other supporting documents.
  • Compute and record landed costs for imported goods, ensuring proper allocation and valuation.
  • Maintain and record fixed assets, ensuring correct tagging, classification, and depreciation.
  • Prepare and process the endorsement and renewal of insurance policies for company vehicles and fixed assets.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline documentation flow.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Banking (or equivalent field).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory accounting or asset management.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of inventory transactions, landed cost processing, and asset recording.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic in all assigned tasks.
