Are you detail-oriented and persistent when it comes to following up payments?

We're looking for a Collection Assistant who will help make sure all payments are collected on time and recorded accurately — while keeping a good relationship with our customers.


What You'll Do
  • Follow up collections through calls, emails, and field visits.
  • Monitor and update Accounts Receivable (AR) balances and payments.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to reconcile payment issues.
  • Keep collection files and reports organized and up to date.
  • Help prepare documents for Credit Committee or account updates.
  • Support in handling problem accounts or escalations.
  • Process and record hold accounts and other customer updates.
  • Join field collection activities, when needed.
  • Make sure all collection activities follow company and BIR guidelines.

What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of Finance, Business, or Accounting course.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in collection or accounting work.
  • Knows Excel and SAP (or other accounting systems).
  • Has good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and can work under pressure.
  • Willing to do fieldwork when needed.

14A 3rd St. New Manila, Quezon City (near LRT Gilmore Station, St. Paul University)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
