Job Summary:

Lead end-to-end operations, driving performance, efficiency, and growth across Ladurée Philippines' hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across retail, commissary, and support functions.
  • Translate company strategy into executable operational plans and KPIs.
  • Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and process standardization.
  • Lead and develop senior managers and department heads.
  • Drive compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on expansion, profitability, and risk management.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance; recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or F&B.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations and improving profitability.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise.
