We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (Restaurant) to lead our large-scale operations, drive aggressive growth, and build a nationwide QSR powerhouse brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of all NT branches, ensuring standardized, efficient, and scalable execution.
  • Lead expansion strategies including site selection, store development, and new market entry, leveraging personal network and resources.
  • Develop and implement annual business goals (sales, profit, market share, customer satisfaction) with full accountability for results.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team of branch managers, regional managers, and support departments.
  • Optimize cost control, supply chain, and quality assurance systems to maximize profitability while maintaining brand competitiveness.
  • Drive customer experience excellence through operational improvements and service innovation.
  • Establish and refine KPI systems, operational frameworks, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
  • Partner closely with the founding team to deliver medium- and long-term strategic growth plans.
  • Strengthen collaboration across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, launching innovative initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in fast food or QSR chains, with proven site selection and expansion success.
  • Demonstrated experience leading companies with annual turnover of ₱150B+ or equivalent scale is preferred for this senior role.
  • Expertise in large-scale restaurant operations (operations, supply chain, P&L, customer service, and experience design).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine and Southeast Asian QSR market strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural management ability.
