Qualifications

  • Associate degree or certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related technical field
  • Atleast 1 year experience in facility maintenance, engineering, or related area is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and cleanroom environment
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Computer literate; able to read engineering diagrams.
  • Experience with power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software is an advantage.
  • With Expertise in Automotive/Engine Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including BMS.
  • Troubleshoot fire protection, security, and alarm systems.
  • Support energy efficiency and respond to facility emergencies.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure tool and parts availability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain safety equipment and accurate maintenance records.
  • Guide junior technicians and coordinate with managers and vendors.
  • Prepare reports on facility conditions and maintenance activities.
