  • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Review and understand equipment and method of operations, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required and comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
  • Have a wide knowledge on how to read Build Plan Project.
  • Can perform Spare Parts Monitoring and Problem Analysis.
  • Study new item Spare parts for improvement of the machine.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess PRC license Mechanical Engineer Graduate.
  • At least 2 years work experience in construction of industrial building.
  • Experience in Maintaining and operation of all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system and building repairs.
  • Must be knowledge in compressor, MVSG, LVSG, Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU, FCU.
  • Know how to operate Genset, HVAC, CDA and knowledge on ATS and how to use facility Equipment.
  • Creating Reports on maintenance, repairs safety and other occurrences for engineers and other relevant staff.
  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
  • Have a good skills for Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint program and good skills for presentation.
