SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

In-house technicians work for firms that specialize in security and personal safety systems and/or home maintenance. Individuals working as in-house technicians are required to have very specific knowledge and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs work duties in accordance with the company's vision and mission statements, as well as its fundamental values.
  • Adheres to the company's policies, processes, and systems as established in its employee handbook, memoranda, and other related issuance.
  • Handles technical related concerns which involve testing of CCTV and other HYE products.
  • Monitoring, assembling, disassembling, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Communicates with customers to explain problems and procedures with the equipment
  • Prepares and submits timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports as prescribed and required by the store head.
  • Performs any additional tasks and responsibilities that are equivalent, relevant, or connected to and/or implied by the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT

Preferably on College Level with six (6) months of relevant work experience. Knowledge of CCTV and other HYE products is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to operate as part of a team and take initiative without direct supervision. Can show multitasking skills and capacity to perform under pressure.

WAIVER OF REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hua Yang Electronics Enterprises Corporation may waive some of the qualifications if there are equivalent academic credentials, training, or work experience that may be substituted for the specified qualifications.
