JOB SUMMARY:

The Head Technician is responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment in the building or property.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Plumbing / Technician

  • Carry out all job orders from the Property Management Office, all complaints, calls, and requests from tenants, unit owners, and other departments in relation to piping, other sanitary facilities, and fitting works;
  • Attends to the repair and maintenance/operation of house pumps, water tasks, and other storage;
  • Continuously checks and monitors the level and pressure of domestic water;
  • Collecting the building water samples tends to be sent for laboratory testing regarding their portability;

  • Observes all safety measures and procedures in the application of his trade;
  • Ensures that all work assigned by his superior is completed according to schedule and priority;
  • Responds immediately to any fire or alarm call, being a member of the Fire and Disaster Brigade;
  • Reports to work in proper uniform and on time as scheduled by the superior. Observes break time properly;
  • Ensures the cleanliness of the work/engineering area;
  • Performs other task deemed necessary by superior in the accomplishment of smooth and successful operation and maintenance of the building;
  • Response to tenants/unit owner's complaints/request immediately and treats it as priority towards other work and with the consent of his superior.

2. Electrical Technician

  • Carry out all job orders from the Property Management Office, all complaints, calls, and requests from tenants, unit owners, and other departments pertaining to electrical works;
  • Assists in the coordination of activities for all HVSG, LVSG, Power Center, and other electrical works;
  • Assists in the repair and maintenance of all HVSG, LVSG, Power Center, and other electrical equipment;
  • Performs routine visits and check-ups of HVSG, LVSG, Power Center, and other electrical equipment locations and areas and logs all observations;
  • Carry out the preventive maintenance work on the building's electrical equipment as scheduled.
  • Observes all safety measures and procedures in the application of trade.
  • Ensures that all work assigned by the superior is completed according to schedule and priority.
  • Responds immediately to any fire or alarm call, being a member of the Fire and Disaster Brigade.

  • Attends to tenants' or unit owners' complaints or requests immediately and treats them as priority over other work with the consent of his superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of  a Technical or Vocational Course;
  • At least 5 years' experience in maintenance works preferably with High Rise Buildings;
  • Diligent, hardworking, pro-active with good supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • With good reporting skills
  • Computer literate
  • Working schedule is Monday to Saturday
  • Project-Based Contract
