Your Day-to-Day

The Asset Coordinator will support the Asset Management and Operations Services (AMOS) team in organizing periodic and reactive inspections, contractor inspection requests, raising purchase orders, quotes and sales orders and following up vendors for warranty claims, if required.

The AMOS team manages asset portfolios of solar systems installed band third parties.

This Asset Coordinator liaises with clients to organize site access and resolve technical concerns, ensure revenue generation and managing subcontractors including the onboarding process.

The role will be responsible to ensure customer expectations are met and concerns are managed, according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications


• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.


• Highly organized and experienced in using Microsoft Office Package, Oracle Netsuite preferred.


• Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus essential.


• Management of third-party contractors, not essential but will be highly regarded.


• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
