JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts pre-employment and annual medical examination.
  • Holds daily consultation open to all employees requiring medical clearance
  • Organizes, administers, and maintains an Occupational Health Service Program integrating therein an Occupational Safety Program.
  • Continually monitors the work environment for health hazards through periodic inspection of the workplace.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Doctor of Medicine;
  • Licensed physician with Basic Occupational Safety and Health training or passed the Basic Course in Occupational Medicine;
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as a company/ industrial doctor in a reputable hospital or organization.
