Role Overview: What You'll Do
  • Provide on-site first aid, medical care, and emergency response to employees.
  • Monitor employee health conditions and refer them to healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Maintain and secure confidential employee medical records.
  • Conduct health assessments and promote wellness through counseling and education.
  • Participate in and support company-wide health and safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Assist with other tasks related to employee well-being and safety.

What We're Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
  • Preferably with BOSH Certification
  • OHNAP Certification is a plus
  • Relevant
  • Willing to work on-site and on night shifts (graveyard)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO/corporate environment
