Key Responsibilities

  • First Aid and Emergency Care:

Administering immediate medical attention to injured or ill workers on the construction site.
- Health Monitoring:

Conducting health checks, monitoring blood pressure, and assisting with pre-employment and annual physical examinations for employees.
- Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
- Health Programs:

Assisting with the implementation of site-specific health programs, including health education, wellness activities, and vaccination drives.
- EHS Support:

Collaborating with the Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) team, participating in accident investigations, and providing health-related incident reports.
- Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with local health regulations and occupational health and safety policies.
- Clinic Management:

Maintaining the site clinic's hygiene and managing the inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Referral Services:

Coordinating with local hospitals and external emergency services for workers needing more advanced treatment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensure:

A valid professional license as a Registered Nurse.
- Medical Skills:

Proficiency in basic first aid, administering OTC medicines, and monitoring vital signs.
- Communication:

Ability to communicate health information and participate in health education programs.
- Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for record-keeping and reporting.
- Industry Knowledge:

Preferably with experience in the construction industry or occupational health and safety.
