  • Develop precise CAD drawings and technical layouts for Auxiliary/ELV systems including:
  • CCTV system layouts
  • Access control and alarm systems
  • Public address and voice evacuation
  • Fire detection and alarm systems
  • Structured cabling for auxiliary devices
  • Prepare equipment mounting details, cable routes, conduit/tray layouts, and control room arrangements.
  • Translate engineer's designs, project specifications, and site survey data into detailed technical drawings.
  • Generate as-built drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, site teams, and other disciplines for system integration and clash avoidance.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards (NFPA, BICSI, TIA/EIA, manufacturer guidelines).
  • Support material take-off, quantity estimation, and design revisions as required.
  • Maintain drawing records, revisions, and proper version control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php23,000.00 per month
