We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role combines Sales & Marketing for property leasing and hotel occupancy, along with Purchasing responsibilities for construction materials and building/hotel amenities. The ideal candidate will assist in endorsing vacant spaces, reaching out to potential tenants or clients, and ensuring purchasing requirements are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.

This is primarily an office-based role that involves client communication via phone calls and emails, vendor negotiations, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leasing activities by promoting vacant spaces and assisting in tenant acquisition.
  • Engage with potential clients to help maximize hotel occupancy and leasing opportunities.
  • Assist in purchasing construction materials, building supplies, and hotel amenities through canvassing and supplier coordination.
  • Prepare and manage purchase requests, price comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client communications, and purchase transactions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
  • Monitor market trends to recommend strategies for effective leasing and cost-efficient purchasing.
  • Provide administrative support related to contracts, purchase orders, and supplier accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate or at least college level in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
  • With minimal but relevant experience in sales, marketing, or leasing of properties is an advantage.
  • Experience in purchasing construction materials, building supplies, or hotel amenities is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and email correspondence).
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Preferably residing near or within Olongapo City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
