Job Summary:

Risk Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities within a company adhere to relevant SOP and internal policies by conducting regular audits, monitoring processes, identifying potential compliance risks, and implementing corrective actions in order to mitigate of risk and non-compliant activities from occurring.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operation activities and system functions to ensure it operates normally.
  • Analyzes to determine whether any risk factors exist or non-compliance activities occur in our business.
  • Follow SOP and policy to detect violations and gather evidences/documents to analyze the root cause and synthesize data into a report with recommendations.
  • Identify and fix process weaknesses to prevent violations.
  • Execute due diligence to detect and identify the non-compliance or breaches.
  • To gather and analyze data from accurate information and to generate an initial list of problems and needs in internal checking.
  • Prepares a weekly and monthly operations reports to superior.
  • Actively investigates when suspicious or potential risks occur.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. (Provide full training for trainees).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Spreadsheet.
  • Candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in any field.
  • Effective in verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be flexible in time, can work on Night Shift and /or Shifting, Rotational Schedule and/or during Weekends and Holidays.
  • Be a self-starter and a quick learner.
  • Passionate to investigate and detect fraudulent activities.
  • Good decision-making skills and detail-oriented.
  • High integrity, organized with good interpersonal skills.
  • Display initiative and eagerness in learning new technology and systems.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • A team player who can also work independently.

Benefits:

  • PHP 50,000/yearly medical reimbursement & HMO (Maxicare).
  • Food & Travel/Transportation Allowance: PHP 10,100/monthly.
  • Salary Increase upon Regularization (after 6 months probation).

  • Vacation Leave - 15 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to maximum of 20 days. Unused VL is converted into cash at the end of the year (VL Encashment).
  • Sick Leave - 15 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to maximum of 20 days.
  • Emergency Leave - 2 days/year. Additional 1 day every year up to maximum of 5 days.

Our office is located in Eastwood City, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php28,100.00 per month
