DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Check and verify incoming and outgoing articles against shipping documents

to ensure accuracy.

● Sort and organize goods in the warehouse according to company standards.

● Merge shipments based on delivery schedules and customer requirements.

● Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the HD

team leader.

● Maintain accurate records of articles, including discrepancies, damaged

items, and shipment details.

● Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order

fulfillment.

● Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment in the

warehouse.

● Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks

safely and efficiently.

● Provide regular reports on order status, discrepancies, and any other relevant

information to the planning team.

● Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and

knowledge related to warehouse operations.

● Coordinate the loading of goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring efficient

use of space and weight limits.

● Collaborate with route planners and delivery drivers to ensure timely

departures and arrivals.

● Inspect cargo to ensure it is properly packed, secured, and in good condition

before loading.

● Verify and process shipping documents, ensuring all required paperwork is

complete and accurate.

● Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse team and other

departments to coordinate loading and delivery schedules.

● Address and resolve any issues related to loading or dispatching, such as

delays, equipment malfunctions, or route changes.

● Ensure all loading activities comply with safety regulations and company

policies.

● Prepare and submit daily reports on loading activities, and any issues

encountered.

● Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of goods being loaded

and dispatched.

● Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and

efficiency in load management and dispatching.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
