Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any related course
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support
  • Experience in CCTV management, hardware setup, networking, and troubleshooting.

Management Skills:

  • Strong values and professional ethics
  • Clear and effective communication (oral & written)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in:

  • MS Office & Google Suite
  • Computer hardware, peripherals, and networking systems
  • Video conferencing platforms - Zoom and Google Meet
  • Mirroring, casting or screen sharing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, CCTV, printers, and other office technologies
  • Configure hardware/software, set up networks and devices, and provide technical support to users
  • Maintain an updated inventory of IT-related equipment and tools
  • Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of IT-related Quality Management Systems
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Work Location:

Our office is located in Pasig City (C5 area) — applicants must be willing to report on-site.

Job Type: Full-time
