Responsibilities:

  • As Product Lead, you'll drive end-to-end delivery of systems and data solutions that support Credit, Market, and Non-Financial Risk across all business lines.
  • You'll lead squads with a clear vision and shape the roadmap for regulatory and internally-driven initiatives.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts and IT Engineers
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for your products and services
  • Oversee regulatory and internal projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with other teams across the company to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Support your team's growth and career development

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk or Data Remediation.
  • Strong background in Credit Risk concepts — Probability of Default (PD), Exposure at Default (EAD), Loss Given Default (LGD).
  • Proven leadership in regulatory transformation and financial risk domains
  • Strong knowledge of Credit Risk and wholesale banking lending products
  • Hands-on experience in SAS, with exposure to automation and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in improving data remediation processes and implementing retroactive data quality fixes within banking systems.
  • Proven track record in  leading transformation projects and driving change
  • Exposure to regulatory-driven change programs and familiarity with risk modelling environments.
  • Experience working across teams, especially in banking and tech-related initiatives
  • Skilled in process and backlog management, with project management experience as a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex topics and get buy-in from others
  • Leadership experience in banking, with a solid management background
